Will M Jallah, PhD., aka Dr. Will

Will M Jallah was borne in West Africa, Liberia on July 31, 1965 in the Firestone Plantations Company and went through the ranks and files of the school system. Upon graduation from the school’s system, he enrolled at the Booker Washington Institute High School (BWI) in Kakata City and earned his diploma in Bookkeeping and Accounting.  Will then enrolled at the University of Liberia and studied Accounting and Business Management.  He later travelled to the United States of America in 1996 and subsequently studied and obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Georgia State University in 2001. Upon graduation from Georgia State University, Will enrolled at the American Intercontinental University and obtained his Master of Business Administration in Marketing in 2007.  Still in pursue of a higher education, Will enrolled at Keller Graduate School of Management / DeVry University and obtained his Master of Accounting and Financial Management in 2009. In April 2014, Will enrolled at Capella University and studied Accounting. In May 2020, Will obtained his Ph.D. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and authored his Manuscript titled 

“ENHANCED PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION, PROFESSIONAL SKEPTICISM, AND RISK ASSESSMENT DURING FINANCIAL STATEMENT AUDITS.” 

His Manuscript focused on examining the relationships between enhanced professional certifications, professional skepticism of auditors, and risk assessment during financial statement audits using the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations OF THE Treadway Commission (COSO) framework.

Dr. Will is Founder and CEO of Global Tax Solutions & Accounting Services Inc, a Georgia based corporation established in 2010 birthed out of Willico Enterprises which was established in 2001. Currently, Dr. Will is Managing Partner with more than 20 years of combined accounting, finance, and tax expertise. Dr. Will is a God fearing and family man who is blessed with 6 children, including a set of two-twin girls and 2 boys. He currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
