HISTORY
Our story dates back to 2001, in Lithonia, Atlanta-Georgia. While working at Shell Oil Company, Dr. Will M. Jallah formed Willico Enterprises with the mission to compile and file federal taxes with the US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and State & local taxes. A few years later, Willico Enterprise was renamed as Global Accounting & Consulting Services with a new business model, providing accounting, tax, and other consulting services.
Returning in 2009 from a world bank funded consulting project as a Technical Focal Point to the Deputy Minister of Finance for Revenue, Republic of Liberia, Dr. Will rebranded Global Accounting & Consulting Services and reclassified it in 2010 as Global Tax Solutions & Accounting Services, Inc. Since its reclassification as a Georgia profit corporation, Global Tax Solutions & Accounting Services, Inc has been offering excellent accounting, tax services, tax planning, tax advisory, business valuation, expert witness, budgeting, forecasting, business plans, operating agreements, and other related professional services, including but not limited to immigration services.
